I just managed to find a bit of time to enter this week’s Global Design Project colour challenge #gdp417
Such a pretty combination of colours! My first thought was to create a Christmas card but then I spotted Country Bouquet on my shelf and realised I hadn’t used it in a while.
I started with an A6 size Pretty Peacock card base and added a Petal Pink layer beneath my main image. I've stamped the leaf part of the large heart in both Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock and infilled with the flowers in Petal Pink. I then added some little heart pairs in the white spaces.
There is a co-ordinating punch with this set, I used it to punch the stamped hearts and leaves which were added as a focal point. My sentiment has been die cut using Stylish Shapes and lastly some looped Lost Lagoon ribbon behind the punched hearts.
As always product links at the end of this post, don't forget to use this month's host code to get a small gift and thank you card from me.
Thanks for looking,
Katie x
