Cake three ways

Who doesn't love a slice of sticky, sweet cake? The new Cake Celebrations bundle is so good, you can almost taste it.

The purpose

Stampin' Up! November colour challenge.

The tools

Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine

The products

Stamp set(s) - Cake Celebrations

Dies - Cake Celebrations

The Colours

Daffodil Delight, Petunia Pop, Melon Mambo, Garden Green, Gray Granite

The Make

I have made three different cards to show how the stamps and dies can be used independently or together.

The first card is simply stamped onto white card, the rectangle cake stamps provide a nice textured look if stamped off first to remove some of the excess ink.

The second card, with the exception of‘happy birthday’is all die cut elements. I love the addition of the filling layers and the drip top.

The last card, and I think my favourite is a combination of stamping and die cutting. The little die cut flowers and foliage are a lovely addition to the cake.

The shopping List

If you live in the UK, you can use the product links above which will take you to my online store. I would love to send you a handmade card and for all orders over £25 made using my host code (found on my home page) I will also send a small gift.
